Juliette Gourdon

Juliette Gourdon

is a PhD Student working in the Biology of GPCR Signalling Systems (BIOS) team (Physiology of Reproduction and Behaviours department, INRAE, Nouzilly, France) under the supervision of Dr Eric Reiter and Dr Frédéric Jean-Alphonse.

Her research focuses on gonadotropin receptors (FSHR and LHCGR), two GPCRs driving reproductive functions. She aims at deciphering the physiological relevance of FSHR and LHCGR intracellular compartmentalization of signalling. To better understand the molecular mechanisms underlying these phenomena, she develops nanobody-based strategies, and studies the binding and pharmacological effects of these nanobodies both in vitro and in vivo.
